Designed for a retired couple, this home originally featured a five-bedroom layout that proved impractical due to excessive partitioning. The redesign reorganises the plan into two bedrooms, a study, an entertainment room, and a spacious master suite, complemented by two walk-in closets to create a more relaxed living rhythm. The interior follows a modern minimalist aesthetic. In the living area, curved corners and a sculpted ceiling introduce soft, flowing lines that visually expand the space. Materials were selected for their natural and calming qualities - textured wallpaper, light-toned marble, and beige furnishings, accented with glass and metal details. A full-height display cabinet beside the living area also provides a place for the homeowners’ collections, allowing personal pieces to become part of the interior landscape.
