A Timber Home: A New Chapter for a Family of Three
1,185 square feet

After years of renting, this family have found a home where they can settle for the long term. The interior follows a minimalist, nature-inspired approach, creating a home with a strong sense of understated simplicity. Wood furniture and timber flooring form the primary palette, while small accents of marble introduce subtle layers of texture. Near the kitchen, an L-shaped sideboard was designed to integrate a preparation area with additional storage, making efficient use of the corner space. The TV wall is kept minimal with a clean treatment, while a fan-shaped pendant light in the living room adds a tranquil ambience. The original small bedroom was reconfigured into a study, paired with full-height wooden cabinetry, allowing the homeowners to work from home within a quiet environment.
