Perched above Kowloon Station, this luxury residence channels a serene white-on-white minimalism, reflecting the homeowner’s preference for pure, understated aesthetics. The design centres on a soft off-white palette, enriched by stone veneer and light wood on the TV feature wall to introduce texture. To counter the elongation of the living-dining area, curved ceiling details and ambient lighting soften lines and enhance spatial fluidity. Safety is also key - rounded furniture edges protect children, while extensive hidden cabinetry ensures ample storage. Two original bedrooms were combined and smartly divided with a central wardrobe, achieving both practicality and visual simplicity in a refined, family-oriented home.
