A Soft Take on Modern European Living
700 square feet

Home to a couple and their parents, the design is rooted in a minimalist European aesthetic, striking a balance between warmth and elegance. Vertical fluted panels extend across the living and dining room walls and cabinetry, subtly defining the space's rhythm. Rounded edges are thoughtfully applied to furniture, offering both visual softness and added safety for the elderly. At the foyer, a full-height shoe cabinet maximises storage, while a display area is discreetly tucked into a niche, preserving a sense of privacy. A sideboard with built-in storage enhances functionality in the dining area, while a framed glass door leads to the bedroom corridor, defining the transition while bringing clarity, softness, and a return to the essentials of living.
