FEM Fitness’s sixth branch takes inspiration from the theme of “Gentle Strength”, redefining the concept of a women-only fitness space. The semi-open layout creates a fluid sense throughout the interior: the floor-to-ceiling glass cardio zone opens toward city views, where natural light pours in to make every workout feel more liberating. Curved archways frame the areas, serving both as a focal point and a tranquil space. Rattan pendant lights and potted greenery bring a natural warmth, complemented by wood flooring and white walls that layer freshness. Expansive mirrors amplify transparency, while the spa room introduces colour-blocked design, adding a touch of calm to transitions before and after training.
